HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION ?
In a few easy steps you can book the accommodation for your vacation. To find accommodation that suits you the best, you can use the accommodation search engine on our web page. Search is possible by various criteria: destination, type of accommodation or name of the accommodation.
SELECTION OF ACCOMMODATION UNIT AND PAYMENT
To choose the accommodation that suits you the best we have gathered and prepared a lot of information about the accommodation and its surrounding. For every accommodation object the customer will find a detailed description of characteristics, a large number of photographs and prices. Choose the accommodation unit you wish to stay in, and click the „Request/Reservation“ button.
Within 24 hours you will get an answer with the booking confirmation or an alternative offer according to your wishes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
OFFER
EUROTOURS provides accommodation sevices in accordance with the information on www.euro-tours.net, according to the description, price and period as on the booking confirmation.
CATEGORISATION AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Prices for accommodation include the basic service as described in the booked accommodation unit.
Check in is from 14:00 till 20:00. Check out: at 10:00. Pets are allowed in units where it is specified, on additional charge.
Services included in price: bed linnen changed weekly, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning. Independently of a final cleaning, on the day of departure you are kindly asked to leave the apartment as it was found.
PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION
The prices of the accommodation units are given in Euro, so the calculation in Kuna is according to the exchange rate. EUROTOURS has the right of changing the given prices in accordance with the exchange rate.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done electronically, by mail or personaly at EUROTOURS office. At the moment of booking the customer confirms that he is familiar with the generalterms and conditions and that he accepts them.
The customer is required to pay an advance, while the balance must be payed at least 21 days prior to the arrival date.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of fix confirmed private accommodation booking, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is used to calculate cancellation costs as follows:
· For cancellation from 30 and more days before arrival date, 30% of the accommodation price will be charged (the advance will bi not returned)
· For cancellation from 30-14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged
· For cancellation from 14-7 days before the arrival date, 80% of the accommodation price will be charged
· For cancellation from 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.
- For earlier departures from the apartment or for no-show Euroturs charges 100% of rental cost.
- For every cancellation of the reservation Eurotours charges 25 Eur of manipulative expences.
- For NO SHOW cases and for the cancellation of the service of accommodation after it has already began, Eurotours charges 100% of rental cost!
EUROTOURS OBLIGATIONS
It is EUROTOURS obligation to take care of provided services, customers' interests and rights according to the customs and prctices in tourism.
EUROTOURS is not responsible for a damage or loss of luggage, for theft of luggage or valuables left in the accommodation unit.
CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer is required to have valid travel documents, to obey house rules in accommodation units. Should the customer not follow the above obligations, the customer is liable for caused damage and has to cover the expenses.
COMPLAINTS
Should the service provided not be satisfactory, the customer is entitled to seek reasonable compensation. Customer is entitled to give to EUROTOURS the complaint in the written form during his stay in the apartment, and EUROTOURS ' obligation is to solve the problem or to offer an appropriate alternative. The complaints received after the clients departure will be not taken in cosideration.
EUROTOURS can not be responsible for the weather conditions, the cleanliness and temperature of the sea aswell as all other similar situations and events not directly related to the quality of the booked accommodation unit that can result as a guests' dissatisfaction.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
After the written confirmation of the reservation and the payment your reservation will be valid. You can pay the reservation by bank transfer, on our bank account in Croatia or on our bank account in Austria.

If you are making a reservation 21 days or more from the date of your arrival, you can pay 30% to confirm the reservation, and 70% at least 21 days before the arrival date. If your arrival date is within 21 days, you will need to pay the full amonut to book the accommodation.
After the payment is made, you will receive the voucher as a confirmation of your reservation.
