The tourist zone Mali Maj is situated on the northern side of Porec. There is a lot of private houses in the area, with apartments for renting.
The beaches of Mali Maj are pebble beaches with pine woods nearby. For an active vacation you can enjoy taking a walk, cycling, playing a tennis, beach volley, mini golf or just renting a boat.
The zone of Mali Maj has several nice restaurants with tipical istrian cousine. There is a shop also in the area.
To go to the centre of the city you can just take a half an hour walk or you can take a little train from the area Spadici . All the coast from the hotel Luna to the touristic village Zelena Laguna on the south of Porec is connected with the little touristic train.
